Hello, My name is David “Debo” Herb. I am originally from Tacoma, Washington. I have been a artist most of my life and have been living in the south for well over 25 years now. Everything I make is a unique, one of a kind, hand crafted work of art using authentic expired license plates. All my license plates are sourced through recycle yards and scrap yards, flea markets and yard sales. And anywhere else I may be able to find them.

I started out creating small pieces of artwork in my van and traveling around the country doing small craft fairs, art shows in bars and things like that. I was in Austin, Tx. where I started, curated, and organized my own art market for almost 3 years. I eventually found myself in the French quarter of New Orleans where I was a French quarter artist for many years. Then I discovered Clearwater Beach Florida. Which I currently reside as an artist on Pier 60. I also collect license plates. They have become my passion and my drive for everything I do. Which also means I will put extra love and care into every piece to make sure it is awesome and amazing!
